Admission Process On Campus

ADMISSION PROCESS

Step 1. Send the Documents

International European University, Malta Campus does everything possible to make the Admission Process as easy as possible for our international students! Follow the simple steps or contact us if you need any help to get admitted!

Send us your documents via email. You can also Apply Online right on the website by filling in the online application form! The documents required:

  • Passport (or any other ID document available);
  • School Certificate;
  • Bachelor’s Degree with transcripts (for PG students);
  • Filled Application Form.

As soon as you are admitted we will send you the Admission Letter and the Invoice to cover your Tuition Fees by email.

Step.2 Cover the Tuition Fee

Once you obtain Admission Letter from the International European University, Malta Campus it is mandatory to cover your first-year tuition fees as soon as possible in order to obtain Invitation Letter and start the Visa process.

Please note that your Admission Letter will state the bank details to proceed with. Your Admission Letter can be used as an Invoice as well but in case you need an Additional Invoice, the University will provide you with it.

Step 3. Get an Invitation Letter

If you have EU citizenship, there is no need to get the Invitation Letter.

International students who don’t have EU citizenship need to collect all the necessary packages of documents. The documents required:

  • Copy of the International Passport;
  • Filled Application Form;
  • Payment Slip Covering Tuition Fee for One Academic Year.

Invitations to study in Malta will be issued within 7 working days, after submitting all the mentioned packages of documents.

The Invitation Letter provided by the International European University, Malta Campus is helpful in demonstrating to the Maltese embassy consular officer the applicant has a legitimate reason for traveling to Malta and that they have a place to stay. The Invitation Letter shall include the purpose of the visit, the name of the higher education institution student was enrolled in, a statement from the student or scholar, and other relevant details helpful for making the Visa process faster and easier.

Note that if English is your native language or if you have EU citizenship you do not need to pass any tests or exams! If you need confirmation of knowledge of the English Language, we will conduct the ESOL Exam in the form of online testing. If you need any help our teachers will gladly assist you with any questions! You will receive the ESOL certificate at your home address from the UK.

Step 4. Obtain Study VISA

For EU citizens. There is no need to get a VISA.

Non-EU citizens who wish to study in Malta must obtain a Student Visa from the nearest Maltese embassy or consulate. It is important to note that students must book an appointment at the embassy for visa submission as soon as they have paid their tuition fee.

The mandatory documents for a Maltese student visa application include:

  • Completed Malta Visa Application Form;
  • Two passport-sized photos;
  • Valid International Passport;
  • Travel medical insurance;
  • Proof of accommodation (such as a document confirming the availability of suitable accommodation in Malta for the duration of the intended stay);
  • Documents proving sufficient financial resources to cover the costs of living and return travel to the country of origin or residence;
  • Proof of payment of the tuition fee for one year;
  • Original invitation letter Issued by International European University
  • Paid visa fee receipt.

Mention that list of required documents and the Visa process may vary depending on the country of the student’s origin!

Step 5. Arrive in Malta

Remember to send us the tickets at least 5 working days before your arrival, so our representative can meet you at the airport and accompany you to the accommodation and to the university. As soon as you arrive in Malta we will help you to finish the Admission Process in 1-3 working days and you can start your classes immediately. International European University in Malta awaits!
